Agreement to Be Bound

These Terms of Use serve as the foundational contract between the operator of this e-commerce marketplace and every visitor, registered user, and customer who accesses the platform for any purpose. By entering the platform through any digital gateway, including direct website visits, search engine referrals, or mobile application launches, you affirmatively indicate your assent to be legally bound by each term, condition, and policy referenced herein. The platform extends its services exclusively to those who accept these terms in full; any conditional acceptance shall be treated as a rejection and a bar to further use.
The platform operator reserves the unilateral right to alter, supplement, or amend these Terms of Use at any juncture by posting the revised version and updating the revision indicator. The amended terms shall govern all activities occurring after the effective date of the revision. Your decision to maintain an active account and continue using the platform following the posting of amended terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those amendments. These terms embody the complete and exclusive understanding between you and the platform operator, superseding all prior or contemporaneous agreements whether oral or written.

Your Account Responsibilities

To unlock the full range of platform functionalities, prospective users must complete a registration application and establish a unique account profile. The platform may decline registration for any lawful reason or for no stated reason at all. Where registration is approved, you are granted a personal privilege to access transactional features, a privilege that may be withdrawn should you breach these terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform's interests or to the interests of other users. You are obligated to notify the platform immediately of any change in your registration information.
The password and security credentials you select during registration are the digital equivalent of your signature, and any action authenticated by those credentials is legally attributable to you. You shall design a password that incorporates a mix of character types and differs materially from passwords used for other services. The platform shall have no duty to inquire into the authority of any person who accesses the platform using your credentials. Accounts that remain dormant for an extended period may be subject to administrative closure or reclassification, and any unused store credits or gift card balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable law.

Ownership and Use of Content

Every element of this digital marketplace constitutes proprietary material either owned outright by the platform operator or used under a valid license from a third-party rights holder. The platform's investment in creating, curating, and continuously updating its content inventory represents a core business asset, and the misappropriation of that asset through unauthorized copying or commercial redistribution causes direct and measurable harm. You acknowledge that the platform's intellectual property portfolio includes registered and unregistered trademarks, copyrights in original works of authorship, and trade secrets embodied in backend algorithms.
Your authorized use of platform content is confined to viewing product information for making informed purchasing decisions and to sharing individual product pages through the sharing tools the platform provides. You must not circumvent any technological protection measures deployed to prevent mass downloading, hotlinking, or framing of platform content. The systematic retrieval of data, whether through manual copying or automated scripts, is forbidden regardless of whether the data is publicly visible or resides behind a login barrier. To the extent the platform permits users to post content, you represent that you either own the intellectual property rights or have secured all necessary permissions from the rightful owner.

Restricted Conduct

This platform exists to facilitate genuine commercial transactions in a secure and transparent environment. Conduct that distorts this marketplace or creates an uneven playing field for honest participants will not be tolerated. You are prohibited from placing orders with no intention of paying, from cancelling orders after the seller has begun processing without legitimate reason, from exploiting pricing errors or inventory glitches for personal gain, and from engaging in any pattern of behavior indicating you are using the platform for purposes other than bona fide retail consumption.
You may not deploy any automated system that sends more request messages to the platform's servers in a given period than a human can reasonably produce using a conventional web browser. You may not transmit any material containing software viruses or computer code designed to interrupt or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware. The platform will not be used as a venue for illegal activity, including the sale of items violating export control regulations, items subject to governmental recall, or items failing to meet mandatory safety standards. The platform cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose user information when presented with a valid subpoena or court order.

Resolving Disagreements

The platform values its relationship with each user and recognizes that disagreements can occasionally arise even in a well-functioning commercial relationship. Both parties commit to approaching any disagreement constructively and to exploring every reasonable avenue for amicable resolution before escalating. The complaining party shall provide written notice identifying the transaction or incident at issue with sufficient particularity to permit a meaningful investigation, and the receiving party shall respond substantively within a commercially reasonable time not to exceed twenty business days.
Should informal resolution prove unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by a recognized alternative dispute resolution service provider. The arbitrator shall have authority to award any form of individual relief available in a court of competent jurisdiction, including monetary damages and declaratory relief. Any dispute resolution proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis, and you waive any right to serve as a representative or to participate as a member of a class of claimants. If a final judicial determination is made that the class action waiver is unenforceable as to any particular claim, that claim shall proceed in court rather than in arbitration.
